Before you order
How does the custom pet pillow work?
Choose your pet, style and size, then upload a photo. Our designer prepares your artwork and emails you a free preview. Once you approve it, we make your pillow and ship it to you for free.
Will I see my design before it's made?
Yes, always. Nothing is printed until you approve your preview, and you can ask for as many changes as you like.
What photo works best?
A clear, well-lit photo from your camera roll. For pet-shaped pillows show your whole pet; for face pillows a close-up of the face. If your photo isn't perfect, upload it anyway. Our designer fixes light, colour and background.
I don't have a good photo right now. Can I still order?
Yes. Tick “Email it after ordering” in the builder, then reply to your order confirmation email with your photo. We start your design as soon as it arrives.
How long does delivery take?
Most pillows arrive in 4–8 days. For pet-shaped and face pillows printed on both sides, allow about 5 extra days. You'll see your estimated delivery date in the builder before you add to cart.
Can I order more than one pet?
Yes. Choose 2 or 3 pillows in the builder and upload a different photo for each. With Buy 2, Get 1 Free, the third pillow is free.
How does Buy 2, Get 1 Free work?
Add 3 items to your cart. The lowest-priced one is free, applied automatically at checkout. No code needed.
What sizes are available?
Pet-shaped and face pillows come in XS 12" to XL 28". Square pillows come in 14" to 20". Tap “Size chart” in the builder for every size and price.
What if I'm not happy with my pillow?
If it arrives damaged, misprinted or with a customization error, we'll remake it or refund you. See our refund policy for details.
