Before you order
Will I see my design before it's made?
Yes, always. Our designer emails you a free preview and nothing is made until you approve it. Changes are free.
What photo works best?
A clear, well-lit close-up of your pet's face. Not perfect? Upload it anyway. Our designer fixes light, colour and background and shows you first.
What sizes are available?
S/M fits US shoe sizes 5–9 and L/XL fits US 9–13.
How long does delivery take?
Most orders arrive in 4–8 days. You'll see your estimated delivery date in the builder before you add to cart.
I don't have a good photo right now. Can I still order?
Yes. Tick “Email it after ordering” in the builder, then reply to your order confirmation email with your photo.
What if something isn't right?
If your socks arrive damaged or misprinted, we'll remake them or refund you. See our refund policy for details.
