Before you order
Will I see my design before it's made?
Yes, always. Our designer emails you a free preview and nothing is made until you approve it. Changes are free.
What photo works best?
A clear, well-lit photo from your camera roll. Not perfect? Upload it anyway. Our designer fixes light, colour and background and shows you first.
My phone model isn't listed. What can I do?
Email us your model before ordering and we'll let you know if we can make it.
How long does delivery take?
Most orders arrive in 4–8 days. You'll see your estimated delivery date in the builder before you add to cart.
I don't have a good photo right now. Can I still order?
Yes. Tick “Email it after ordering” in the builder, then reply to your order confirmation email with your photo.
What if something isn't right?
If your case arrives damaged or misprinted, we'll remake it or refund you. See our refund policy for details.
