Good to know

How does the free preview work?

After you order, our designer prepares your design and emails you a digital preview, usually within 24 hours. Nothing is printed until you approve it, and changes are free.

What kind of photo works best?

A clear, well-lit photo where your whole pet is in view. Phone photos are perfect. Not sure? Upload it anyway, our designer will tell you if a different photo would look better.

What can I personalise?

Pillows, blankets, mugs and tumblers, shirts and sweatshirts, socks, ornaments, canvas portraits, magnets, phone cases and memorial keepsakes. Every item is made from your own photo.

Do you make cat pillows and other pets too?

Absolutely. Dogs, cats, rabbits, horses, birds and more. If you can photograph them, we can make them huggable.

Can I use a photo of a pet who has passed away?

Yes. Many of our customers make a pillow in loving memory. Older or lower-quality photos are fine, our designer will do their best to bring out every detail.

How long does delivery take?

Most orders arrive in 4–8 days once you approve your preview. You'll see your estimated delivery date before you check out, with tracking as soon as it ships.

What if something isn't right?

If your order arrives damaged or misprinted, contact us and we'll remake it for free.
