Because each item is personalised and created specifically for you, we're unable to accept returns for change of mind or personal preference. However, we've built our process to make sure you feel confident every step of the way.

Every personalised order includes a free digital preview, sent to your email before production begins.

We won't move forward until you're happy.
Order Changes & Cancellations

You may cancel or request changes within 24 hours of placing your order, at no cost.

Once production begins, changes or cancellations are no longer possible.

Late changes may require a small 20% production fee, as each item is custom-crafted.

If something isn't right due to an issue on our end, we've got you covered.
We're happy to offer a free replacement or refund if:
