Before you order
Will I see my design before it's made?
Yes, always. Our designer emails you a free preview and nothing is made until you approve it. Changes are free.
What photo works best?
A clear, well-lit photo from your camera roll. Not perfect? Upload it anyway. Our designer fixes light, colour and background and shows you first.
Which material should I choose?
Plush is light and silky-soft, perfect for the sofa. Sherpa has a fluffy, extra-warm back for cold nights.
What sizes are available?
100 × 150 cm (about 40 × 60 in), 120 × 150 cm (about 47 × 60 in) and 120 × 200 cm (about 47 × 79 in). Tap “Size chart” in the builder.
How long does delivery take?
Most orders arrive in 4–8 days. You'll see your estimated delivery date in the builder before you add to cart.
I don't have a good photo right now. Can I still order?
Yes. Tick “Email it after ordering” in the builder, then reply to your order confirmation email with your photo.
What if something isn't right?
If your blanket arrives damaged or misprinted, we'll remake it or refund you. See our refund policy for details.
