How big is each pillow?
Pet-Shaped and Face pillows, measured at the longest side. Shown next to a standard 18″ sofa cushion for scale.
- XS 12″Mini keepsake for a shelf, desk or car. Lovely as a small memorial.
- S 16″Lap size, easy to hug, great for kids and as a gift.
- M 20″The sofa favorite. Close to life-size for small cats and dogs.
- L 24″Big hug size. Life-size for many cats and small dogs.
- XL 28″Statement size, life-size for medium to large dogs.
With Name and Memorial pillows are square: 14″, 16″, 18″ or 20″. 16″ is our most popular.

Photo tips
Which photo should I upload?
Any photo from your phone works. These tips just help us make your pillow look its very best.
For Pet-Shaped
- Your whole pet in the photo, head to tail
- Sitting or lying, with paws visible
- Nothing covering their body, like blankets or other pets
For Face, Name & Memorial
- A close-up where the face fills the photo
- Eyes visible and in focus
- Taken at their eye level, in daylight
Try to avoid
- Blurry, very dark or tiny photos
- Screenshots and heavy filters
- Ears or tail cut off by the photo edge
Don't worry about the background, a messy room or a leash. Our designer cleans up the photo, fixes light and color, and shows you everything in your free preview. If a photo won't print well, we'll tell you and ask for another one before anything is made.

How does the custom pet pillow work?
Choose your pet, style and size, then upload a photo. Our designer prepares your artwork and emails you a free preview. Once you approve it, we make your pillow and ship it to you for free.
Will I see my design before it's made?
Yes, always. Nothing is printed until you approve your preview, and you can ask for as many changes as you like.
What photo works best?
A clear, well-lit photo from your camera roll. For Pet-Shaped pillows show your whole pet; for Face, Name and Memorial a close-up of the face. If your photo isn't perfect, upload it anyway. Our designer fixes light, color and background.
Which style should I choose?
Pet-Shaped is our most loved: your whole pet cut to their outline. Face Pillow is just the face, round and squishy. With Name is a square throw pillow with their name. Memorial is a gentle keepsake for a pet who has passed.
Which size should I pick?
For Pet-Shaped and Face: XS 12″ is a mini keepsake, S 16″ lap size, M 20″ the sofa favorite, L 24″ a big hug, XL 28″ life-size for bigger dogs. Square pillows come in 14″, 16″, 18″ and 20″.
Front only or both sides?
Front only has a soft plain back and ships fastest. Both sides (+$10) prints your pet on the back too, so it looks real from every angle. It adds about 5 days.
I don't have a good photo right now. Can I still order?
Yes. Tick “Email it after ordering” in the builder, then reply to your order confirmation email with your photo. We start your design as soon as it arrives.
How long does delivery take?
Most pillows arrive in 4–8 days after you approve your preview. Printing on both sides adds about 5 days. You'll see your estimated delivery date in the builder before you add to cart.
Can I order more than one pet?
Yes. Choose 2 or 3 pillows in the builder and upload a different photo for each. With Buy 2, Get 1 Free, the third pillow is free.
How does Buy 2, Get 1 Free work?
Add 3 items to your cart. The lowest-priced one is free, applied automatically at checkout. No code needed. Mix any styles and sizes.
Can I send it as a gift?
Yes. Add a gift note in the builder and enter their address at checkout. Your preview comes to your email, so the surprise stays safe.
How do I care for my pillow?
Square pillow covers are machine washable. For Pet-Shaped and Face pillows, spot clean gently with a damp cloth and let it air dry.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, free, any time before production starts. Just reply to your order email and tell us what you'd like to change.
What if I'm not happy with my pillow?
If it arrives damaged, misprinted or with a customization error, we'll remake it or refund you. See our refund policy for details.
